A Doula is a professional birth coach. We come along side you to support the best child birth experience possible whether that be at a home birth or a hospital birth. Doulas provide laboring support but also support your physical and emotional needs. A doula will remain by your side during your pregnancy, labor and childbirth. A doula provides a variety of homeopathic techniques to help avoid unwanted medical interventions. I am here to advocate for you and to support the birth YOU want!

Hello, my name is Selah & I am a birth doula. 

I am very passionate about pregnancy, childbirth & the empowerment of women. Pregnancy and childbirth painted a beautiful picture for me. I see it as an empowering and sacred experience. This passion has driven me to come along side ALL pregnant women and advocate for them. My goal is to create a comfortable experience for the expecting family. I am here to support the birth you and your partner want!
